Vehicle Purchase Terms

Any purchase of a vehicle from Springfield Auto Sales is subject to the execution of a formal purchase agreement and any additional documentation required by applicable law. No sale is considered final until all required documents have been signed by both parties and any agreed-upon payment has been received in full.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing in a signed agreement, all vehicles are sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis, without any express or implied warranty. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to satisfy themselves as to the condition, fitness, and suitability of any vehicle prior to purchase. We strongly recommend that buyers conduct due diligence, including a personal inspection and, if desired, an independent mechanical evaluation by a qualified technician.

Deposits, if accepted, may be required to hold a vehicle pending final sale documentation. Deposit terms, including refundability, will be communicated to the buyer at the time of deposit and confirmed in writing.

Vehicle Selling Terms

If you are a private individual looking to sell your vehicle to Springfield Auto Sales, you represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the vehicle, that the vehicle is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances (or that any outstanding lien will be satisfied at the time of sale), and that you have full legal authority to sell the vehicle.

You further represent that all information you provide about the vehicle — including its history, condition, accident history, and odometer reading — is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in the cancellation of any purchase offer and may expose you to legal liability under applicable law.

Offers made by Springfield Auto Sales to purchase your vehicle are subject to physical inspection and verification of all relevant documentation. We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw any offer based on the results of our inspection or upon discovery of information not previously disclosed.

Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on the Springfield Auto Sales website, including but not limited to text, images, vehicle photographs, logos, and design elements, is the property of Springfield Auto Salesor its respective content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our website content without express written permission from us.
